Hi All,

I have a question regarding the LMIA points in EE. I am currently on Open work permit and it is valid till April 2025. I have applied for a closed work permit through LMIA and I am under implied status. The LMIA will expire on Jan 2025, and If I get ITA in upcoming draws then, will I be eligible for the 50 pints post the expiry of LMIA until the closed work permit gets approved?

Can someone share some ideas on this?
