I have already created my profile in express entry. I have a close friend in canada with his family as PR. Is it possible to get LMIA (Work permit) in canada to increase my score ? or Provincial Nomination is possible ? Please advice.

If any one of the above is possible, please explain what to do to get it !. Can I use my friend in any way to support me to migrate ?
