Hi, I'm currently on a LMIA closed work permit.
My employer wants to give me an hourly pay raise of about 5%.
Although my job duties, job title and NOC remain the same, and since my new hourly salary would still be considered in the LMIA low-wage category, will he have to inform ESDC about the raise?
