Can anyone help me with my concern?
I am on a PGWP valid for another year and my employer wants to submit a LMIA for me to support my EE profile to give me 50 extra points. My concern now is that I've been working for the same employer for over a year with NOC 1215 on my BCPNP profile. Now if he applies for LMIA can he apply for the same job I am currently working as or it has to be a different position that someone else is filling right now.
