LMIA from Quebec

Hi All,

I am IT consultant having more than 10 years of experience. I recently got my LMIA from Quebec employer. As recently Quebec announced that for CSQ, Candidate must proof that they have French Skills. So I am thinking about the following option:

1) If I move to Ontario and continue working in Quebec, Am I eligible for Ontario Nominee program
2) I dont know french at all, if first option is not applicable, please let me know how to get PR otherwise.
