I am a 23 year old Irish man who landed in Aug 13, worked as a sheet metal helper (noc D) until I got my years experience (now noc B) and have applied for CEC under the old system. so can I apply for an LMIA as a skilled worker or no? less than a year left on visa so need some clarification.. thanks for your help in advance
If you are asking if you can have two applications, CEC and an EE FSW, at the same time, I think you can.
see I didnt have my trade from Ireland so I only gained my experience in Canada.
But according to numerous people after a years experience in a trade I would go from NOC D to NOC B so my question is can I apply for an LMIA as a skilled laborer?

You can't apply for an LMIA, but your employer can....
