Hi, I just want to ask if hrdc still approve lnia under hospitalit industry? My husband pnp application is still on process, he needs to apply for work permit extension but his employer needs to get a new lmia for this.. Do we have any chance to get new lmia?
 
Yes, moratorium for hospitality was over. Now employers are eligible to apply for LMIA again.
