I am currently working in a NOC B job for the 1 year and 2 months now (start June 2019 after seeing indeed job ad) I wanted to ask my boss to apply for a lmia to help boost by points (50 points if positive), so I wanted to know if my boss would still need to list the job on job bank and also do recruitment again.
I need help with this to know if my boss can just apply for lmia since I am already working for him does he need to still advertise also I am in a tech job
