I have work permit which expires soon and my employer filled for bankruptcy and due to unforeseen circumstances was unable to get my P.R. application done. I have been working for over 3 years in canada.
Now due to the 4 year rule for temporary work permit I cannot apply for a work permit via lmia again. So I have been told.
My plan is to obtain LMIA for Express Entry.
As my Occupation is in Long Haul Trucking NOC 7511 category C. I wanted to know whether I'm Eligible to apply for Express Entry even if I find employer willing to give me LMIA and what kind will I require.
As far as I know there as different types of LMIA but I don't know which one I will require.
