LMIA Exemption

Hi All,
I have an active EE profile ( i am inland ), my employer provide me with a valid job offer for one year, and he apply for LMIA Exemption under C50 .
I have the exemption number , but didn't receive yet the LMIA certificate . I am still waiting to the IRCC decision .
should i update my EE profile with the job offer and the Exemption number ?
Does LMIA Exemption under C50 adding points to the total score of my EE SCR?

your job needs to be permanent full time, of with at least 1 year from the moment you obtain PR (so therefore a job with a duration well in advance in the future, like 2,5 or 3 years). It is not valid for the points that the job is of 1 year, cause the moment you start with day 1, the duration will be already less than one year.

Anyway, you also need to attach the LMIA at the moment you submit the EE profile, if the job is not exempt.

You don’t get the extra points for the job offer. You come to Canada work for a year on the LMIA. If you have a year then you may be eligible to apply for CEC. If not then your employer needs to provide you a new job offer with LMIA for one year after you obtain PR.
