LMIA Exempt work permit processing time (under GSS)

Hey guys,

I have received BC PNP nomination, then I applied for a work permit through the Online application. I have also done my biometrics last week. Based on CIC, I should fall into the GSS 2-weeks processing category for my work permit http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=1380&top=17.

I have not received any information from IRCC in my application that is going to take 2 weeks or so. I am applying from Singapore and the processing time here is 11 weeks. I want to know if it actually takes 2 weeks or it is going to be longer (11 weeks)?
