My situation is a little complicated, and I’d really appreciate any insights you might have. I'm currently on a closed work permit(LMIA Exempt), and I gained 50 points from the job offer that helped me get selected in the draw, receiving my AOR in October. Recently, I have an opportunity within the same employer, but it comes with different job responsibilities and thus different NOC code.
Here is my concern: if I accept the new role and apply for a new work permit, does the 50 points remain valid?
