No - you cannot claim the points on a PGWP. To claim points without an LMIA you would need to be on a closed work permit that lists your employer and have worked for that employer for a full year. Since you are on a PGWP, you need an approved LMIA to claim the points.

a full year experience on closed work permit or not? I have worked for the company one year and I got nominee and I got a closed work permit now for the same company.
One year with XYZ company on PGWP.
Several months with same XYZ company on closed work permit.

I have the closed work permit which is LMIA-exempt(T13 code) with this company. My question is that one year must be on the LMIA or is it ok on PGWP but finally I got LMIA-exempt work permit with this company.

OK - so in that case you don't need an LMIA. However you must work for your employer on the closed work permit for a full year before you can qualify for the 50 points. Your employer must also provide you with a letter that states that you will have a job with them for a year after you become a PR.

Hi I'm an inland applicant, currently have submitted my application in Jan and received aor in the same month. Currently cic review is in progress. My work permit is getting expired on September 2020 and have applied for extension. My passport is getting expired in JULY 2021. DUE COVID 19 job offer in work permit is not good.
1) What will happen to the pr application if the applicant returns to the home country during pr processing ? Will it be still valid
2) is it ok to renew the passport during pr processing
