Hi,
When i get sinp nomination under international skilled worker job offer, i will get a support work letter that will allow me to apply for temp work visa.
My question is, can i apply for that if I am outside canada?
And in order to do that my employee has to apply for it (lmia exempt job) ?
Thank you in advance.
A SINP support letter doesn't allow you to apply for a work visa. Since you are LMIA exempt then your employer would have paid the fees and have the LIMA number. With that you apply for a closed work permit. May I ask your NOC.

Ok. You must be under francophone mobility for LMIA exemption or free trade agreements. Good luck.
