Hi there,

My employer is preparing an LMIA application for me and he has a doubt regarding one of the required documents.

Letter from a legal business confirming the existence of a contract for a good and/or service with the employer applying for an LMIA. Does not apply to employers of In-home Caregivers.

What kind of letter is that? Is that from one of the employer's clients? Is that from a partner or someone the employer does business with?
