So you have an approved LMIA….what NOC? And you have one year of full time experience in the NOC and included employment letters? In another thread, you say your SINP application was refused so you need to give full details/profile/program.

Not yet..i was just asking if hows th application of LMIA.if how many years of experience are required for this program.yes you are right i was refused with sinp that why i am planning to shift ir try to anither program.

Shift to another program? So you have an approved LMIA? What is your NOC? You want to show a minimum of a year experience but depending on the officer, the officer may ask for more experience. Since you have an approved LMIA, then the employer is showing that no Canadian can do the job, only you. So it will be determined if that is true...are you the only person experienced enough to do the job.
