Hello,
I am currently on PGWP which is going to expire in one month, my employer has applied for low wage LMIA in august 2024.
What is the current processing time for LMIA approval?
Should I apply for work permit extension or closed work permit now (without LMIA and later submit the LMIA document) ?
what if, I return to India and apply for CWP from India ?

Your views on this would be appreciated.
