I am helping my boss to prepare for 2 LMIA applications, one is high-wage position and the other is low-wage position. Boths LMIAs will be used to support the foreign worker to apply for PR under either FSWP or CEC.
I am not sure which form I should use for the LMIA application, EMP 5993 (Permanent Resident - Labour Market Impact Assessment Application) for both positions, or EMP 5626 (High-Wage Positions - Labour Market Impact Assessment) for the high-wage position, EMP 5627 (Low-Wage Positions - Labour Market Impact Assessment) for the low-wage position?
Could someone with experience clarify on this? It is much appreciated!!
