Hi,
So my consultant already advertised a job listing, but that doesn’t completely match the job description mentioned in the lmia form. If my employer rejects the resumes received from the job posting, based on the requirements mentioned in the lmia form and not the advertisement is that allowed? Or do we need to do another round of advertisements?
I’m worried that would get my lmia rejected.

So I’m in a job that uses some specific softwares. The software names are not mentioned In the job posting. If my employer rejects new applicants based on no experience with those softwares is that okay.

No - that's not OK. That's a problem. The software names must be mentioned in the job posting if this is a mandatory criteria for someone to be hired and a reason for rejection.
