I’m planning to submit a LMIA request for a getting a foreigner employee for my company (Small business)
I already aware about the LMIA requirement as per the CIC official site
esdc.gc.ca/en/foreign_workers/hire/permanent/requirements.page
I already collect the below document
1. Needed document in the Business licence or documentation as per the site requirement.
2. Advertising the Job in Jobbank and other 2 sites.
3. The interview questioner and the evaluation review sheet for all candidate.
4. Brief summary justifying the need for foreigner employee for that job.
I would like to know if that is enough or there is another needed document that should be shared.
Do I need to have a lawyer represented and what is his added value as the cost is very big.
