I am an Automotive Service Technician, who worked for an employer for 9 months ( with LMIA and closed work permit). I was laid off because my employer said he has a lack of work and it's nearly 9 months now. I am getting EI. I am in a very stressful situation because I can not apply AINP (Alberta Nominee Program). Now I am trying to arrange another LMIA. Do I have to wait 12 months to apply AINP if I receive LMIA. Can someone give me a piece of advice, please ?
