I have a discussion with someone over internet and that guy is in Canada currently. I was informed that in Canada its get tough to get job if you dont have Canadian experience. A guy who has canadian experience and is a CCNA ( associate level certification) will be perefered over a guy who doesnt have canadian experience but is CCIE ( expert level certification).
He told me that it is best to find a sponsor and get LMIA , its a lengthy process but this is the way.
Now I dont know much about LMIA and I searched on internet and found out that this is something for temporary workers. Do you think that even after someone gets PR from FSW he needs to do such things ? Should I apply on job websites to get LMIA . I thought if someone gets PR through FSWP he can live and apply for jobs anywhere in canada and the employer doesnt needs to do anything extra since you already have a PR and you are allowed to work there.
I am a oct 9th application and awaiting news from CIC.
Seniors please guide.
