Hello all,

I found an employer who wants to do a LMIA application for me.
I submitted my express entry profile and I am qualified for the CEC.

My potential employer has been in business for 10 months. Can he still send the LMIA application now?
I think I read that he needs to be in business for at least a year.

I am currently under a PGWP which will expire in a week and I am not sure what to do next.
I don't want to wait for 2 months until he submits the application.
