I’m an American born citizen. I expect to receive a job offer going to Canada on a work permit this spring. The job will start in September and I will be considered a an exempt LMIA limited market impact assessment status. How would I take my fiancé I-129F with me to Canada when he arrives to the U.S.? do we need to at least marry first? Also will my children be able to come with me immediately when I travel and will we qualify for childcare and/or daycare benefit as an LMIA worker?
Thank you!
if I know I may want to work in Canada next year should we cancel I-129F (Fiance Visa for U.S.) before he comes or wait till he’s here??

Im interested in British Columbia and asking if LMIA exempt (also temporary workers) receive benefits for their children for daycare or CCB like regular permanent residents? This is a factor in our move. Not specific benefits for LMIA workers.
If my Canada work permit gets approved before we get a chance to marry can I add him afterwards?
As for applying a SOWP for your spouse after you get married, it's not guaranteed that it will be approved. But you sure can apply after you got married.
For CCB, you have to live in Canada for 18 months first before you'll qualify. Once you've lived in Canada for 18 months on the work permit, you'll qualify.
I'm not familiar with the details of the BC program.
If you go on the BC Affordable Child Care Benefit link and click "Do you qualify", you will see the following: Residency and citizenship status
A parent or guardian must be:
A resident of B.C. (you must have a current B.C. address)
A Canadian citizen, a permanent resident of Canada, a Convention refugee or a person in need of protection
