LMIA after its expiration

I just want to know if i will get 50 points for LMIA in express entry even afters its expiration, if i work under same employer for year. My consultant has approved this logic. Therefore, i want second opinion in this situation.

You get the 50 points for the job offer letter which should be supported by a LMIA (if not for an LMIA exempt job). If you are working on a work permit that is based on the same LMIA, then it does not matter if it has expired.

my job letter is valid for 2 years. Therefore, you mean that 50 points for LMIA will be given till my job letter is valid.

The job letter should be valid at the time you apply for PR and for at least 1 yr after applying.
