living in canada since age of 17, is police certificate needed?

Hello,

I have been in Canada since I was 17 year old, first on study permit and now on PGWP. I haven't lived in any other country for more than 6 months since i was 17 (not even my home country). Do i require a police certificate from anywhere if i get selected for CEC (Express Entry)?

P.S My score just bumped to 469 so i am hopeful.

No PCC required for you in this case. If and only if IRCC requests you to obtain one from Canada.
You can attach a letter of explanation stating the same so the VO is clear with your scenario.
