Living abroad while being Canadian PR

Hi,
I am living abroad for 2 years after getting PR. I can stay abroad for 1 more year (have to stay in Canada for 2 years out of last 5 years).

I got PR in March 2020, but got PR card in November 2020, and PR card is valid until November 2025.
I wonder from when those 2 years out of last 5 years should be calculated (from the date I got PR or got PR card)?
