Live-in caregiver what date to put for duration of expected employment

This is my first time applying as lived in caregiver under the program, my employer already have an approved LMO for me im currently applying from the Philippines and I have trouble filling up the forms especially this one IMM 1295 form, Details of intended work in Canada, I dont know what date to put for the Duration of expected employment from: (YYYY-MM-DD) to: (YYYY-MM-DD), because the contract we signed, they only put "ASAP" and "N/A" in approved LMO, please help???
