Hi, I am the employer for a live in caregiver application that we sent last April 2015. The LMO was submitted before November 2014, falls under,the live-in the employers house. The application was refused due to employer not able to provide proof the provide accommodation in the house. We have a four bedroom house, the basement where the caregiver will live, is currently being rented as a two bedroom registered legal suite! How can we be refused? Is there a re consideration/appeal process?
