Our nanny came to us from the Philippines (Via Hong Kong) in October 2018. She just renewed her work permit and both time, we had to do an LMIA. She now wants to apply for PR, and bring her husband and kids over from the Philippines. How do we know which program, and therefore which requirements, she has?

Thanks. Except, she doesn't meet this requirement: you were approved for your first LCP work permit based on a Labour Market Impact Assessment submitted to Employment and Social Development Canada on or before November 30, 2014
also, What is the proof of funds requirement (In bold below)?? Is that only if you go to a border crossing? or for all PR applicants?
