Hi. I am currently working as a semi-skilled worker and plans to shift into the live-in cargiver program. I already have an LmO with my future employer. However, my current employer has offered to renew me for another 2 yrs, which I cannot refuse. I am now waiting for my LMO with my current employer. Can I use my lmo as live-in caregiver to apply for a work permit under the federal skilled program so I can work for both employers?
If so, can I do this in the border and still be considered under the federal skilled program, not the live-in caregiver program... thank you.
