I am a live-in caregiver in Ontario doing my taxes. I have been here for 9 months. Am I a resident or self-employed? Not sure what to put? Also, do I qualify for Ontario tax credit? If anyone has done taxes as a live-in caregiver, please email me at brodriguez555@yahoo.ca

You are not self employed. You are a resident. You can always call the free toll nember and ask them how to fill out the tax return after you thoroughly read the tax return guide.
