Guys what documents do I need to send to Sydney, NS for the initial application? Is there any other documents to send besides the passport bio?

On the website it is not mentioned whether you need to submit all documentation to CIO and only the IELTS. Some people told me that I only need to submit IELTS to CIO and others told me I need to send everything? Is that true.

Everything except PCCs, which can be sent to the Overseas office at a later date.
