Hi, I graduated from Delhi University in 1998. I have my 2nd year and 3yr mark sheet but lost 1 yr, hence i am unable to get my transcripts. and my college is not supporting in giving me my 1st year roll no so that i can request duplicate mark sheet. My question is that can i apply for Canada and provide only my graduation degree and final mark sheet instead of the transcripts, is it acceptable while applying for EE?

For EE application, transcripts are not mandatory. but first you have to get an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) for which you need the full transcripts.

Yes you need transcripts issued by your university (not college) in a sealed envelope with a sign and stamp across the seal.
