i have mailed the documents for Step 1 to Sydney, Canada. I am expecting to receive the confirmation letter in 1 months as per the posts in this forum.
I am applying for IELTS on June 27th and planning to mail the documents to Buffalo, New York Embassy in USA by July 15th
1) Can someone please send me a complete list of "Supporting Documents" required to send to Buffalo, New York. I couldn't find in the website.
2) Also what type of police certificate is required and how to get one? I am staying in Massachusetts, USA. How long it takes to receive police certificate
3) Do I need send the police certificate now or only whey they request as I don't know how long it takes to get a certificate in USA.
4) Do I need send the medical certificate now or only whey they request.
Here's the list I came up with that is required for both applicant and spouse to send to Visa office in Buffalo.
Please correct me and add if I am missing anything:
1) State Police Certificate (Do I need this to send it now with application to buffalo or only when requested ?? )
2) FBI Clearance Certificate (Do I need this to send it now with application to buffalo or only when requested ?? )
3) Transcript (Sealed)
4) Marriage Certificate
5) Employment Verification Letters

9) Proof of Funds
10) All the documents that I already send to Sydney office.

You will get a letter from Buffalo giving you a list of documents required, and yes you have to include the police certificates both state and FBI and from any country where you have resided for 6 months since the age of 18. If you are claiming adaptability points for your spouse's education, you will require her proof as well.
