as far as i know no colleges offer masters they offer PG diploma.

If you want a Masters, you need to go to university.
 
Yeah that what I knew, still wanted to be sure. They all offer diplomas.

well but its teaching is in french I am assuming u know french. Polytechnique Montreal is a French University
