Linking TRV (visitor) paper application to GCKey online didn't work

Dear everyone,

I would like to ask a question in regards of linking my paper application to GCKey online account. Has anyone done this before? I have been trying to link my TRV (visitor) paper application to GCkey but unfortunately I wasn't able to do so. My question is, should I choose the option of Temporary Residency Visa or Visitor's record? It's a bit confusing. And I used both passport details and place of birth details while filling the information, but still no result.

I would greatly appreciate if anyone can help me with this issue.
