i visited Canada in 2016 and so my biometrics are valid till 2026. I recently applied for a new visit visa Oct 22 and did not submit new biometrics since my old ones are valid.
I received a letter Mar 23 to submit my passport but the visa will only be valid till 2026 unless i submit new biometrics. This was not clarified before I applied.
So I signed up online and paid for biometrics but there is no link to my application and i cannot upload the receipt to my gckey.
I did not receive a biometrics letter to go to nearby office. My local vfs office will not take my biometrics without the letter. I sent an enquiry to egypt office (processing location) and no reply yet. I am supposed to submit my passport within 30 days but i would like to update my biometrics first. What do I do?
