I am a protected person and my spouse and 3 children are abroad, when i applied for my PR, all of them were included in the application but when the immigration started processing, they send me 2 differents application numbers, one for me and the other for my wife, as it was paper application, i've manage to link mine into my online account, but for my wife i am not able to do it into her account and i'm a bit confused when trying to link, where it says " number of peoples in the application if i must just put (1) my spouse or (4) including my kids. because when linking mine, i put (1) and it worked.

Unfortunately, You won't be able to link your spouse and dependents to your online account. I've tried many times and called IRCC and they told me so because my dependents category is not in the category list. (Category name is Overseas dependents of a protected person or something like this)

Guys i was also trying to link my pr application to my gckey account. Every time i try it says no application found. I tried with my G number as well. I am single applicant what should put on my number of family members ? Thanks

Hello, How long did it take for your family to join you in Canada? My Kids are in South Africa, me and my husband we are here in Canada and we have also included them in our PR application. We recently got our COPR .
