Link Paper Application to Online Account for update….

How Can I link Sponsor PR application to online CIC account to view update ?

I have tried so many times but it shows error and says to try in 24 hours.

I have tried from my wife’s CIC account & my account. And I am sure that I have entered correct information. however, I didn’t get success to link a paper application.

Please advise !! Need help !!1 Thanks !!!

Try these steps:
Log on GC account

Select Permanent Residence > Family Class (Spouses)

Enter Application Number and Family Name - Enter application # starts with "F" and PA's surname

Country of Birth - PA's country of birth

Passport - Did not enter any passport info

Other Application Info - Filled out the application info and put '2' as the number of members in the application, if sponsoring spouse and no dependents.

And if that doesn't work...

Put a space in place of typing the city name--basically leaving it blank. (leave passport info blank)
