i have linked my paper application online and it shows medical passed and in final decision it shows your application has been approved but my passport is not dispatched yet ..i applied on 14th oct....is the status of your application has been approved means granting of study visa??

Yes based on the status, its says your approve. Congratulations. You just have to wait for your passport then.
By the way, since you linked your application online? How do you do the FOLLOW UPS? If there is an update are they going to send you an EMAIL about it or do you have to keep going to CIC website and log in to know what's going on with your application?

Dude, I don't get why you are still confused. It says approved so of course it will be approved. Why would they say approved in the status if it is rejected... Congrats
