Hi there,
The Centralized Intake Office in Sydney, NS accepted my CEC application and will forward my CEC file to a visa office for processing. I have a "E" file number, not "B" file number yet. I believe the E number will convert to a B number?
If they accepted my CEC application (first time they refused it due to incorrect NOC so I applied again with correct NOC), and sent my file to a visa office, how likely is my application to be approved?
