LICO Table Question

I have a question about LICO. So we are 4 members in the family (Me, my wife, son and daughter). I will apply my mother-in-law for super visa. Is she also belong on the members of the family making us 5 total? or just 4 of us? LICO table for 5 persons is $53,402 which i don't think we are qualified to apply her.

The income requirement includes all sponsor family and the parent/grandparent being sponsored, so in your case 5 given regardless of their financial situation you are committing to support them whilst in Canada.

If your income is just borderline LICO then your wife's income can be included (she must co-sign the invitation letter).... or else it would be better to apply for a TRV for your mother-in-law
