Hey,
I have received an ITA , and have a loan against my car that goes as a direct debit from my account . Whilst producing the liability letter from the bank it will state that I have a loan , which will mean I have a liability .
I plan on clearing the loan by the sale of my car , once the PR is approved .
If you could let me know the impact of this on the rest of my submission ?

No need for a liability letter. This will have no impact on your application. As long you are able to show liquid cash in an account for proof of funds you will be good.
