Level of education

Hello all,

I have:
4 years bachelor's degree (2007 - 2011) ------------> WES ECA Bachelors (3 years)
1 year Post Graduate Diploma (2018 - 2019) ----------> WES ECA Diploma (3 years)

Now for the 4 years bach degree it is obvious that the level of education should be 'Bachelor's degree or 3 years program at university'

But, for 1 year PGD I am confused. Should the level of education be '1 year program at a university' or 'Bachelor's degree or 3 years program at university'? Mind that as shown above it was a 1 year PGD and WES ECA is 'diploma 3 years'.

Please help me with this confusion?
