Hi,

I have diploma (two years) on my WES ECA. There are two Level of Education drop-downs. One in the profile, and the other for WES. Should I select "Two year program at a university" in both the cases.

In ECA, diploma is awarded by State Board of Technical Training, Andhra Pradesh. So I listed the same in the name of the institution. Am I correct?

What should be the city of study? Andhra Pradesh is a state. I am confused.
