its mandatory to provide ......visa officer can reject if u don't provide reference letters, if u are the PA. If u dont provide then u really testing ur luck.
If u don't know the answer .........I request you to plz not misguide new members.......letter of ref for past 10 yrs needs to be provided and the link provided by 13nitinsharma......the doc checklist mentions it clearly....
First of all, one clear message to everyone. Be honest with everyone. If you know the answer or the best solution, then you are most welcome to reply on any query. But PLEASE DON'T SHARE FALSE STATEMENTS/UPDATES. This forum is not for those, who want to crack a joke and leave. Someone who is asking something, should be given a right path rather than putting him in a wrong direction.

You need to provide reference letters for all the employers, if you have changed many jobs and you dont have references for all then try to provide as maximum as possible.
I second u. this forum is not for assuming things, one's right answer cud be a life saver for someone, we jst cant speculate things.
Buddy, u need to obtain ref letters for each n every employer u worked with.

So to make this clear..if I am applying as a skilled worker (RN) do I still have to send
reference letters from my earlier employer (which was travel business, totally different to my job as a nurse today!)
And I guess they have to be written in English or at least translated into English..? Do they need some sort of jurisdiction?
Ie. the translation has to be signed by a lawyer?
