Letter of introduction

Hi,

Can someone tell me of they have received their letter of introduction from embassy after getting their student visa.I received my visa on 15th June howeve

Firstly I don't receive it then I sent them an email but no reply.Then my consultant filled one form and sent it to IRCC then I received it very next day.

Could you please tell me what form was it. I didn't receive LOI either

I do not have any idea about the form as my consultant did that for me ....
