Hello members,

I am on a work permit in Canada and want to apply for my parent's visit visa. They have received a rejection before but this time i want to apply by myself and make sure to enclose all the supporting documents with the application. I have attached my letter of invitation and wondering if they need to attach any letter of intent/cover letter to explain their purpose of visit? Any leads are appreciated.
