I do not have reference letter with duties but other proofs are there for duties.so i am attaching all that in my work history placeholder.but in LOE i want to mention( refer to those attachments for further clarifications)) all that as exhibits.what should i do should i attach them in LOE once again and clarify or can i name them as exhibits 1,2,etc in work history and use those while refering to them in LOE .like example

In my opinion, you should prepare a notarized roles and responsibility letter as required by CIC and ask your colleague to sign it... then support the same with all the documents you have....
